PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

1. I desire to submit to WSG Pictures and its subsidiaries material owned and /or controlled by me.

2. I recognize that I shall not receive any compensation for this submission whatsoever.

3. I further recognize the possibility that the submitted material may be identical with, or similar to, material, which has been submitted or may be submitted to WSG Pictures or its subsidiaries from other sources.

4. Therefore I warrant and agree that material is being submitted voluntarily and that no confidential and/or fiduciary relationship is being created or implied with said submission.

5. Additionally, I agree that if there is any dispute that arises out of my submission of material, that such dispute shall be settled via arbitration in Mumbai, India and that should WSG Pictures prevail in said arbitration, they shall be entitled to seek from me compensation for all its expenses incurred pursuant to arbitration including, but not limited to, any attorney fees, related travel expenses, etc.

6. Further, I shall not have the right to use the name of WSG Pictures or its subsidiaries whatsoever.

7. By submitting my script ("Content") to WSG Pictures, I represent that I have the full rights to upload the Content and that uploading my Content to this Site will not violate or infringe the rights of any third person, including but not limited to, rights in copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights.

8. I further represent that I will not upload any Content that is defamatory, obscene, in violation of any law, or contains any viruses, "worms", "trojan horses" or any other harmful or destructive properties.

9. I voluntarily submit this material and agree to the terms stated above.
