President of AEFA and the Asia representative of Gold Circle Pictures (one of Hollywood's most prolific independent production companies, producer of "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"), Peter has been one of the first Hollywood based finance and legal specialist to see the potential to produce and distribute Asian content in international markets by implementing western film production, finance and sales business structures in Asia.

He has been responsible to introduce western film finance and sales structures to Asian entertainment companies, goverments and financiers. He has packaged and financed numerous Asian films, established groundbreaking Asian content funds and frequently lectured throughout Asia.

In his vision to pushing Asian content Peter has been responsible for setting up with Paramount Pictures and Mutual Film (producer of Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Saving Private Ryan) the blockbuster remake of world famous Japanese Manga "Lone Wolf and Cub" as well as initiate Hollywood remake of films by other renowned Asian writers, directors and animators.

Peter has been responsible for the International production, finance and distribution activities for distinguished Asian and non-Asian independent entertainment companies including Artist Film, Arclight Films and Presidio Corporation (Japanese videogram distributor and producer).

Given his love for Music ( Peter is a published songwriter and Jazz Saxophone player ) keeping him away from music is tough. He has signed groundbreaking Japanese mobile phone digital music licensing deals with Tower Records Japan, Dwango, Crosswrap, DMI Inc. (owner / operator of the Orchard Japan Inc. and partner with Loudeye Inc.) He has also enabled numerous eminent independent labels such as Beggars Banquet and Silva Screen to license music to mobile phones in Japan for the first time. In his earlier position at Comerica Bank, Peter has negotiated and managed dozens of films and other independently financed and internationally sold entertainment projects.

He holds advanced degree in law, international economics, and is a currently a Ph.D candidatein of informatics at Kogakuin University in Tokyo.
